About This Listing

Valley View Cottage is a self catering house accommodating 6 in 4 bedrooms, on private acreage. Linen and towels provided. Country cottage gardens and huge lawns surround the house with several large outdoor dining areas. There is a hill-top gazebo with an outdoor fireplace, power and lights. The property has expansive Hunter Valley Area views, especially of the Brokenback Range. The house has a well equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a second toilet, full laundry facilities.
Rates are by 'per person' Mon to Thurs inclusive, min rate $250 per night, Extra guests $75pn Weekends Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun are at full house rate of $700 per night, 2 night min for up to 6 guests.
